Just in time for the upcoming season is the Football Special Package, which in addition to a plasma TV and surround sound system, also includes DirecTV set-up and a high definition TiVo for pausing, replaying, and saving games.All of the packages use the Panasonic professional TVs, known for their outstanding contrast ratio and life span of 60,000 hours (that's 20 years of viewing TV 8 hours per day).
These plasma TVs range in size from 37" to 65" and are included in all of the CY Digital packages.The sound system is from Orb Audio, a company that is making a name for itself among audiophiles for its compact designs which outshine Bose and other cube speakers.
A 400 watt subwoofer produces bass that is described by one editor as having "fit an atom bomb into a 12' x 12' x 12' cabinet."
A Yamaha receiver is also included and provides 540 watts of power to the orb speakers which can be wall mounted or put on stands. As a last addition to the high quality components, all packages come with Monster Cables, delivering outstanding signal transfer to individual components.

For the past couple of years, the battle for competing TV screen superiority has been mainly between plasma screen TVs and LCD TVs. And to be sure, either would make a fine choice for the average television viewer. And in terms of sheer numbers sold, plasma TVs have outsold LCDs up to this point.
